Sensitize and Empower Tanzania (SET) is a community-based organization committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable children, youth, women, and marginalized communities through education, health promotion, environmental conservation, youth empowerment, sports, arts, and sustainable community development.

The SET Volunteer Program provides opportunities for both local and international volunteers to contribute their skills while learning about Tanzanian culture and participating in meaningful community development initiatives. Volunteers work alongside local communities, schools, youth groups, local government authorities, and community leaders to create sustainable solutions that have lasting impact.
